BOOKING POLICY

While visitingAthirappilly/Vazhachal waterfalls for various activities, please carry a valid government ID proof along with a copy of the booking confirmation received from this website after successful payment. Visitors will not be admitted without a valid government ID proof and booking confirmation.

• If you have not received booking confirmation from this website containing reservation date and other details, your booking process has not been completed. Kindly contact Forest Development Agency Vazhachal Division for any query.
• The Guest can Book entry pass/ trekking reservation/activity pass 60 days prior to the visit.
• Any valid ID card in original shall be produced at the time of visit before the authorized person-in-charge of the tourist place.
• Booking of entry pass/ trekking reservation/activity pass shall not be transferred or made over to the possession of another person.
• Smoking and use of Alcohol are not allowed in the tourist places.
• All major Credit, Debit cards, Internet Banking and UPI are accepted for booking.
• If any damage of property/violation of rules is identified, fine will be imposed as per rules.

Trekking: Rs. 1000/- person (price may vary for various types of trekking)

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The entry pass/ trekking reservation/activity pass will be issued digitally during the online booking once the payment is successful. Tourist can visit the entry point with the entry pass/ trekking reservation/activity pass along with a valid government ID proof along with a copy of the booking confirmation.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• Currently,there is no cancellation available
